Scarlet fever warning to parents in Nottinghamshire. PARENTS in Nottinghamshire have been urged to keep a close eye on their children, following an increase in cases of the scarlet fever infection. Since January a total of 46 people across the county have been diagnosed with the condition, compared with only eight over the same period last year.
